We have another launch to announce! We are delighted to make the Chopsticks Charity website live this week. Chopsticks are a fantastic non-profit charity based in Northallerton who support adults with disabilities and give them opportunities that would otherwise be difficult to find in the workplace.

Chopsticks Charity provide such a fantastic service and having spent time with the team it is obvious how passionate each member feels about making sure the adults at Chopsticks are receiving the best possible support tailored to their individual needs. The charity is involved in a number of exciting initiatives, from their growing kindling business that sees them repurpose donated scrap timber, to their ChopArts classes where members are encouraged to get creative, the Chopsticks Charity gives so much back to their members.

The new website reflects perfectly the bright and engaging nature of Chopsticks Charity. You can’t fail to smile when you see the warm and welcoming faces of the staff and members on the banner image. On the homepage there are handy links for anyone looking to get involved with the charity, whether that is becoming a member or simply making a donation to what is a very worthwhile cause. A sidebar menu rather than a traditional top bar menu give this site a very funky feel and allows room for the Chopsticks logo without having to compromise on the size. As you scroll on each page information pops up in sections automagically and adds some movement to the page. Chopsticks Charity are also very involved in local events and with local businesses so a news and blog gives the charity a place to let people know what they are up to and thank local businesses for their support.

It is great to see that the team at Chopsticks are already updating the website after popping in for a quick training session this week. If you are visiting the site make sure you visit the news post they have just added about their upcoming Open Day.
