Crack open the prosecco and sound the Go-Live Klaxon, we have only gone and launched our third website of the week!
Today, we have launched a new website for a lovely charity that we are delighted to support, The Military Wives Choir in Catterick Garrison.
We first met the WAGS back in 2013 when they came to meet us about their very first website. We worked closely on the first version of their website and since then Purple and the WAGS have become very firm friends. We regularly attend their concerts, Allan has recorded music with them and Phil is a trustee of the choir.
The Military WAGS Choir Catterick was formed in April 2010 and have been welcoming and supporting ladies with Military Connections in and around Catterick Garrison. The Choir started just as 19 Brigade was about to embark on a six-month tour to Afghanistan at the height of the war. Casualties were expected and two Scots Guards' wives, Caroline Jopp and Nicky Clarke, felt the wives and girlfriends left behind needed something to keep their spirits up. Over the years the Choir has grown and have members whose families serve in lots of different branches of the Armed Forces.
The new website gives lots of information on the Choir, including a news page where you can keep up to date with developments and an events page, so you have no excuse to ever miss one of their fantastic performances! The website has also been filled with new images and has an area dedicated to their sponsors, of which we are proud to be.
As always, it has been an utter pleasure working with the Military WAGS and we look forward to many more years of music and friendship.
