Not all businesses are the same so why should we sell an out-the-box standard digital marketing package? We understand that digital marketing isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ service, and so we tailor our services to the needs and requirements of each business incorporating as many or as few aspects as, together, we see fit offering you the best value for your marketing spend.
Following an initial chat with our team, we’ll assign you an account manager to act as a consistent point of contact - they’ll be your dedicated digital marketing whizz! Your account manager will work closely with you to establish your online voice, manage your online reputation and achieve goals set out together; as a plug-in to your business, we can be solely responsible for your marketing efforts or work collaboratively alongside a marketing team. Depending on the scope of work, other team members may work on your account on specific projects such as graphic design or website updates.
We are lucky to work with clients across the whole of the UK, so where you or your business is located doesn’t have a huge impact when it comes to the work that we do. Although we love to chat with our clients face-to-face over a brew, we also arrange video calls for our clients who are further away or maybe don’t have the time to travel. Lovers of a road trip, we’re happy to travel to you if necessary too.
We have experience on a variety of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Mailchimp, Brevo, Canva, Adobe Express, Sendible, Google Analytics and more. We’re not tied to specific platforms and we’re always on the lookout for new and exciting tools to use.
We initially ask you to commit to the first three months working with us and then after that it’s a rolling monthly arrangement. We do not want to tie clients into long contracts, instead, we want you to keep working with us because we’re generating positive results for your business. We’re really proud of our client retention and we’ve been working with some of our clients since the early days of Purple, way back in 2009.
You can be involved in your digital marketing as much or as little as you like, depending on your other commitments, knowledge, and needs. If you want to be highly involved, that’s great! And if not, we totally understand, that’s what we’re here for. You will still need to have some involvement in the project, and as a minimum we would require your input on discussions and planning, as well as sign off and approval of content. Nothing will be shared on social media, posted on your website, or sent to subscribers until you give the go ahead.
