Through best-practice web design and core CMS functions, we perform a base level of SEO ahead of launching your website setting you in good stead to rank for core keywords. We will also demonstrate in training how you can utilise backend CMS features to take a proactive approach to your SEO.

The length of time to build your website will depend on a few different factors such as the complexity of the design and the functionality behind the design. Timescales and working to deadlines are something we always aim to respect and work with. During our initial consultation, the timeline for the project is something we will discuss and we will look to set realistic and achievable milestones. This is where having a dedicated project manager really shines as they will work hard with you to keep your project on track with regular check-ins.
All of our websites are hosted in the UK split across 2 secure data centres and we have worked with the same hosting provider for more than 12 years forming a unique relationship with them and their technical team. Our servers are backed up every 24 hours with 14 days of backup retention. This means if anything goes drastically wrong we are able to quickly restore your website minimising any downtime. We have a fully managed service arrangement providing us with 24/7/365 support. All of our websites also include an SSL certificate providing peace of mind to your own customers that their data is being handled securely when browsing your website.
Absolutely, although following a short training session many of our clients choose to manage their own content, we have clients that choose to retain us for the upkeep of their website. This might be anything from technical updates to copywriting and publishing new content to help with SEO and overall website performance. Our retainer clients enjoy reduced rates and priority support service as an additional benefit.
