Plan

We believe that planning is key to the success of any project, whether we are working together on an exciting new website, developing a digital marketing strategy, or designing beautiful print work.

We often find that clients come to us with a goal in mind but aren’t always clear on how they would like to achieve this. Our clients’ goals range from looking to take their first steps online with a new website or Social Media presence, to working their way to the top of search engine results for highly competitive keywords.

By listening and taking time to understand these goals, our team can put a plan in place to help reach and even exceed these. Planning for us means setting realistic targets, helping clients to manage their time and resources, and being there for support and guidance every step of the way.

Design

Our design team have years of experience taking abstract ideas and concepts and translating these into stunning final designs for print and web.

One of the biggest challenges for our clients when it comes to the design stage is putting into words what they are looking for from the final design. We find that a good place to start is looking at designs you like and those that you don’t, by identifying these elements we can use these as style drivers for your design.

It is always an exciting moment revealing the finished design to a client for the first time and seeing their eyes light up when they see their ideas come to life in a beautiful design.

Develop

Once a design for your new website has been agreed on and all your content gathered, it is the job of our talented technical team to take the design from a flat image to a functional website.

Our tech team build your website with the view of delivering a great user experience with engaging interactive features.

As well as making sure your site not only looks amazing the technical team create a site that is technically robust and secure and rigorously tested for cross browser compatibility and responsiveness.

The combination of our preferred Content Management System, DotNetNuke, and dynamic content modules means the technical team make the job of updating your website a breeze!

Deliver

We pride ourselves on delivering projects to our clients, on time, on budget and on point!

Making your website live is a huge step in achieving your goals online and it is very important to us that we deliver a final site that you are proud to share with your customers and clients.

Our websites are all fully responsive so will display beautifully across all viewing devices and are built with industry best practice in mind at all times.

Once your website is live we may also ask if we can share this on our own news page which can be a great way to start getting traffic to your shiny new site!

It is a Purple tradition to treat websites like ships, we find that they are best launched with prosecco!

Maintain

We also think a huge part of delivering a web project is making sure our clients feel empowered to edit and update this themselves.

Once a site is launched we run training sessions that cover the basics of content maintenance aiming to make this as accessible as possible for even the most inexperienced user.

When working on digital projects with our clients we develop relationships that often continue beyond delivering their website or design.

For clients who would like to continue their Purple journey, we offer a retainer service to support with everything from keeping the images and content on their website regularly updated to technical maintenance and essential upgrades.
