  2. You have to have a Creator Account on Instagram.  Currently personal and business accounts cannot create broadcast channels. Watch this space though!
  3. When on your profile, tap the '+' icon, and select 'Create Broadcast Channel.' You will then be shown a number of prompts to set up your channel.
  4. Start using your channel to help your followers stay engaged πŸ₯°

If you can’t create a channel why not go ahead and join one to stay ahead of the curve.  You can do this a number of ways:

  1. If you are invited to join a channel by a Creator you will receive a notification, you will need to click on this and then join.
  2. Alternatively you can visit the Instagram profile of the Creator you want to follow and you have the option to join their Broadcast Channel.
  3. Creators may also share links to their Channel in their Stories via stickers that you can click on.
  4. Once joined you will receive notifications in your inbox.
