Hello! It's me again, and I’m back with another exciting update 🎉
It's always crazy to actually look at the calendar and think about how long I have been here at Purple already, and I know I say this every time but, it really has flown by!
It has, as always, been so lovely getting to know my clients more and more and working on their content with a couple of site visits too. It's great to put faces to names and go out and meet in person to not only see their business but also to have a good chat and get to know people better than what can be achieved over email.
Since my last update, I have sat two out of the three exams that are part of my apprenticeship journey. Back in January, I sat the Marketing Principles exam and more recently in March, Principles of Coding and… (drum roll please 🥁) I am over the moon to say that I have passed both of them! 🥳 I have one remaining and I am getting stuck into the pre-learning and my first classroom will soon be upon me.
This next module is Google Analytics, where we’ll be looking into website traffic and learning more about web customers. It’s also a great way to analyse the impact that our efforts on social media have on building website traffic. I am really interested in improving my understanding and gaining some more skills on how I can help my clients get the most out of their businesses online!
As I head into the second stage of my apprenticeship it’s full speed ahead with filling my portfolio in preparation for my end point assessment. This means I’ll be compiling some of my best work, to show off to the examiner what I’ve learnt and all the effort I’ve put in throughout my apprenticeship. I’m really looking forward to going through all the work I’ve completed for both Purple and Apprentify and seeing how far I’ve come.
