Matt Ball Architecture has been a client of Purple since 2016. The practice focuses on creating timeless and contemporary buildings that exceed expectations. The practice also champions sustainability looking to deliver low impact and low energy buildings.

The Brief

After being inspired by a number of graphically driven websites, we were instructed to create a dynamic homepage that showcased large images of featured projects. These projects needed to have multiple images and easily display key information to prospective clients.

The new website also needed to demonstrate the competency of the practice to create beautiful and contemporary projects in a competitive arena.

What We Did

Using the existing brand identity we developed a new design to create an image focussed website that did not rely on a huge amount of text. The site needed to be easy to edit and update with new projects so we devised an easy-to-use edit function and provided training so that the Practice can manage the site themselves.

Outcome
