Tucked in the heart of North Yorkshire, our office offers stunning views of green fields, grazing sheep, and the charming Yorkshire Dales. Surprisingly, we're just 3 miles away from the world's largest British Army Garrison!

Being so close to the Garrison has inspired us to find ways to support the Armed Forces community better. We decided to sign the Armed Forces Covenant, committing ourselves to values that uphold regulars, reservists, veterans, and military families.

We're all about inclusivity and flexibility here at Purple. We're constantly looking for ways to improve our support for the military community. For instance, we advertise job openings through the Career Transition Partnership and the Forces Families Job Forum.

Some of us at Purple have personal connections to the military. Our Managing Director, Phil, serves as a Trustee of the Military WAGS Choir. We've been supporting them for nearly a decade. we have members with military backgrounds. Seeing their challenges firsthand, we strive to create a supportive and flexible environment, lending a hand whenever we can. 

Plus, we've had the pleasure of working with many veterans, helping them start their own businesses. We are always looking to take further action to assist military and ex-service members transitioning to civilian life.

Our dedication to the military community goes beyond words. That's why we're excited to introduce our latest initiative - our military packages - to support veterans in their entrepreneurial journey.

Transitioning from military to civilian life isn't easy, especially when traditional employment doesn't quite fit. Our campaign aims to give veterans the tools and skills they need to succeed on their own terms. We understand the challenges they face, from cultural differences to mental health concerns, and we're here to offer a different path forward.
