1.What is your New Year's resolution for 2021?
On a business level - to survive the COVID upset so that Purple continues to thrive and prosper. And, on a more peronal level, to get out and ride my motorbike more...
2. What is your biggest achievement of 2020?
Definitely steering Purple through the COVID-19 Pandemic. People won’t have known or really realised how much of a worry to me this was.
However, we realise we were fortunate on two key factors:
Working in the digital industry sector meant we had products and services that our clients needed and we have an awesome team who worked and worked to deliver the services that kept the income flowing!
3. What are you looking forward to/excited for in 2021?
Fingers crossed we see a little bit of normal life retun next year which will hopefully lead to continued growth for Purple and adventuring into new and larger project opportunities. I also hope to regain my Friday's out of the office which will allow me to ride my motorbike more and have more time to play my guitar! 2020 was all about working hard to get through the year, but hopefully 2021 will allow us all to return to doing things we really enjoy out of work.
4. What do you want to learn more about in 2021?
My number one priority is to develop the business and look at how to take Purple forward and into bigger things.

1.What is your New Year's resolution for 2021?
My main resolution is to stay focused on moving forward through the pandemic and being the best I can for everyone at Purple, and our customers.
On a personal level, comes back to fitness. I've done a lot of running throughout 2020 as it was one of the only things we were allowed to do throughout both lockdowns but I’d like to complete a 50km run before summer 2021.
2. What is your biggest achievement of 2020?
On a business level, keeping Purple people online and working through the pandemic, and making sure they all had what they needed to do their jobs. It was a situation no one has been through before and it was unexpected but it was a huge achievement in how smoothly we transitioned to working from home.
On a personal level, I keep upping up my fitness and increasing my running distances, my longest so far is 31km!
3. What are you looking forward to/excited for in 2021?
Being able to get the whole team back into the office (when it is safe to do so) and work as a group in person again.
4. What do you want to learn more about in 2021?
Cyber security and helping our clients stay safe. More people are now using cloud solutions due to the pandemic so it’s even more important keep everything secure.
