Read all about it - A new News site for Elmbridge Borough Council 📰

Surrey based Elmbridge Borough Council provides governance for towns that includes Esher, Cobham, Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge and Molesey, and we are pleased to have recently launched a new News site for them.

The council already has a primary website providing the usual information about their area, local bin collections, council tax, etc., but they wanted to improve the design and enhance the delivery of their news articles through a new micro-site.

This project required a unique bespoke design, that didn’t follow the traditional council website format, and was aimed at enticing the residents to want to read the articles and engage with the council.

The team at Elmbridge Borough Council produced a new brand identity for this project with a new logo, brand colours and fonts.

We then used these brand assets to create a clean bespoke design that positioned itself neatly within the newly developed brand guidelines.

The Elmbridge team were fantastic to work with, they had a clear vision which helped us greatly in bringing the project to life. They were also really keen to get involved, from the moment we delivered training, they were confidently and enthusiastically adding new articles to the website. The site is now full of useful information for the area, all laid out in an interesting and colourful manner. Head over to the website to take a look and get a little insight about things happening in this corner of Surrey. 😊

We’re always excited to take on a new project. Yours might be next, all you need to do is get in touch with us
