The Client

The LCSP (London and Counties Society of Physiologists) has been an existing client of Purple since early 2021 when they came to us for digital marketing support services.


Over the past four years we have continued to work with them, providing digital marketing support to raise their online presence and help maintain membership levels for the organisation.

The Brief

In 2024 they wanted to review their website, and, due to our happy and successful relationship, we were invited to submit ideas, and of course costs, to redesign a new website with more advanced functionality, a new Membership System (MemberMojo) and easier editing capabilities.

The new website was commissioned in October 2024 and went live at the end of January 2025.

What We Did

Having discussed what was now required from a new website, we developed a series of initial design mock-ups for consideration. Through conversation and review, these were distilled down until we had a final approved home and inner page design.

Content, for text and images, was reviewed so that we could plan what would be transferred from the existing site vs what would be re-written or created from new.

The overall page structure, and site navigation, was revised and new and improved functionality was developed to display and search through a therapist’s directory. A new Members Only area was also created providing access to member specific benefits and a Document Manager function.

The Outcome

The new website better reflects the range of information and services provided by the LCSP, and embraces modern web building standards.

The site is infinitely expandable to cater for change and growth in the organisation.

We also connected their new Membership System (MemberMojo) directly to the site so that the sign-up function now formed part of the website allowing new members to join and make the necessary payment more easily. Previously this was a manual process.
