After a flurry of website launches over the last couple of weeks, Kieran and Sarah have been working hard behind the scenes on launching a new website for Advanced Oncotherapy PLC. We have been working with Advanced Oncotherapy for over 10 years now, and have implemented lots of upgrades to the site over the years in line with the companies growth and mission.

Advanced Oncotherapy are at the forefront of cutting-edge Cancer technology, using Proton Beam Therapy. They have been developing the LIGHT system for 25 years and they are currently working on their first installation in Harley Street, in London. This installation in London should be treating patients by 2020 having got through the planning permission, construction tender process and advanced even further in their technical development of LIGHT.

Throughout our time working together, we have seen their business grow and change and the website has always needed to adapt and reflect this. The latest iteration of the site is designed to give the site a more modern look, with more moving elements and a full-width layout.

The site also has some functionality on the share price information page, you will find live share prices presented to inform shareholders of the companies current and past position. We have also added additional information about share prices to the site as the company is listed on the stock market and uses its website to attract investors.

The overall aim of the site was to create a more personal feel, rather than the previously corporate style site we launched last year. We added bands of colour to break up content as well as more imagery to also help with this.

We have been working on this project since August when Sarah headed down to London to meet with the Advanced Oncotherapy team. Since then, she and Kieran have been working hard to get the site live as quickly as possible.
