Today we hear from Scarlett and Maisy - one of our longest-standing team members paired with our newest! It's been a very busy year for both of them with Scarlett completing her first year of university alongside work, and Maisy taking on a whole new role with us!
Scarlett
1.What is your New Year's resolution for 2021?
I've tried to be more active throuhgout 2020 so I want to keep up with C25K and continue to keep my focus on my coursework.
2. What is your biggest achievement of 2020?
Aside from surviving lockdown with 2 dogs and a husband in Afghanistan I am most proud of completing my first year on uni - it's been a busy year!
3. What are you looking forward to/excited for in 2021?
Like most people I am looking forward things hopefully starting to feel more normal which for me is dinners and drinks with my lovely friendship group and more trips home to see family ❤
4. What do you want to learn more about in 2021?
I want to continue to progress with my degree, the subject is so varied so it would be difficult to pick just one thing I hope to learn in the year!
5. What 3 words would you choose to describe your 2020?

1.What is your New Year's resolution for 2021?
A few little things that I’m gradually getting into the habit of… Firstly, I’d like to continue reading books that are bettering my life and general knowledge. Also, continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and not have it all go out the window in January. And Finally, work hard to complete my apprenticeship to a high standard 😄
2. What is your biggest achievement of 2020?
I would have to say, securing a new job during Lockdown! I can’t express the gratitude I have towards Purple for giving me this opportunity and welcoming me with open arms, thank you so much 🥰
3. What are you looking forward to/excited for in 2021?
Hopefully being able to see my friends and family more, and with that said also my colleagues!! A cheeky holiday would be lovely too- fingers crossed!
4. What do you want to learn more about in 2021?
Ooo, that’s a tough one. There’s so much! Everyday I learn more and more on the job and I just want to keep learning all there is to know as part of project managing website design projects. Also, as part of my Content producer apprenticeship course, I really want to learn more about creating videos - I think this area of content creation is so vast and there is so much scope. I really want to start seeing what’s possible.
